By downloading or using the RecipeAI application (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure, therefore, that you read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register using your Google Account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
RecipeAI utilizes artificial intelligence (via Google Gemini) to identify ingredients from user-uploaded photos and suggest recipes. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of ingredient detection or the culinary outcome of suggested recipes. Users are solely responsible for ensuring the ingredients are safe to consume, properly cooked, and free from allergens relevant to them, regardless of what the AI suggests.
RecipeAI may offer premium features via a subscription ("RecipeAI Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play Store account. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the Google Play Store after purchase.
The materials within the App are provided on an 'as is' basis. RecipeAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall RecipeAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, or adverse allergic/culinary reactions) arising out of the use or inability to use the RecipeAI App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms within the App. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the App after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
